The sensor supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity for data syncing and remote viewing. Even without an internet connection, you can still view all monitoring data directly on the local touchscreen—so your daily readings are always available.

The sensor monitors the environmental conditions at its specific location. We recommend placing one in each major occupied space—such as bedrooms, living rooms, and studies—so the readings reflect the actual air quality you breathe and stay in. For larger open areas, you can add more units, or place the sensor in the zone where you spend the most time.

buddy health takes data and privacy protection seriously. Data synced over the network is encrypted during transmission and storage. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you prefer to keep data locally, you can primarily view readings directly on the device screen, minimizing unnecessary uploads.

The sensor is factory-calibrated and does not require user calibration during daily use. Upon power-on, certain parameters (such as CO₂ and TVOC) may take a few minutes to warm up and stabilize—this is normal. Please do not disassemble or modify the device, as this may affect accuracy and void the warranty.

A basic thermometer/hygrometer only measures temperature and humidity. buddy health is a 12-in-1 sensor that also tracks CO₂, formaldehyde, TVOC, PM1/2.5/10, pressure, noise, light intensity, and color temperature—covering air, particles, sound, and light. It's not just a few numbers—it's a full indoor environment snapshot.
